There are two things that characterize leaders in carrying out achievements, namely openness and willingness to serve. Organizational performance is the result obtained by an organization, whether the organization is profit centric or non-profit centric, which is produced over a period of time and is work performance that can be measured in relation to the ability and strength of the organization as a whole to achieve organizational goals.
